Tap the + button on the home screen. Add your factors (what matters to you), then add your options and score each one against your factors.
With a Collaborate purchase, you can invite others to score your decision. Each person scores independently, and you can see individual and averaged results.
Go to the Pricing screen and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom.
Go to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data.
