By accessing and using Decidr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Decidr provides a decision-making tool that allows you to create, evaluate, and share decisions. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the decisions, factors, and content you create in Decidr. By making content public, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content through the platform.
Decidr offers a free tier and a paid Collaborate upgrade. The Collaborate upgrade is a one-time payment of £4.99 and grants lifetime access to collaborative features including multi-scorer decisions and AI-powered win-win suggestions.
Collaborate subscribers can enable collaborative scoring on their decisions. All participants in a collaborative decision can view each other's scores and group averages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the service, or upload malicious code or harmful content.
Decidr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decidr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
